Visit Utah’s National Parks

Psst. We have a couple secrets to share. If you’re looking to beat the crowds in Bryce, stay at Ruby’s Inn, the closest lodging to the park. It’s been open for 102 years but its rooms were completely refurbished in the past year. Choose from three hotels, a campground or a tipi.

Plus, if you stay here in the off-season, you avoid the crowds and can take advantage of off-season room rates.

“If you’re flexible with your dates, you can have a quality national park experience for a lot less money,” says Lance Syrett, general manager of Ruby’s Inn, noting your rate could drop from $250 peak rate to an off-season $90.

Make your basecamp at Ruby’s Inn to be convenient to Bryce Canyon, Zion and Grand Canyon national parks.

Founded by rancher Ruby Syrett in 1916, this longtime landmark is still family-owned and is the only one that offers a free shuttle service to Bryce Canyon National Park viewpoints.
